Welcome to Tailspin Inn. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Tailspin Inn provides dog-related services including, but not limited to, dog daycare, boarding, training, and basic grooming. All services are subject to availability and may require prior booking.

2. Booking & Cancellations

Clients must book in advance and provide accurate information about their dog. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge.

3. Health & Safety

All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. We do not accept aggressive dogs or those with a history of biting people or other animals. Cloud Canine Care reserves the right to refuse service at any time for the safety of all pets and staff.

4. Payments

Full payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Liability

Due to the nature of dogs playing together and being outdoors, minor injuries (scratches, nicks, or insect bites) can occasionally occur. While we make every effort to provide a safe and supervised environment, you agree that Cloud Canine Care is not liable for illness, injury, or loss unless caused by proven negligence.

All content on this site is for informational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any material without our written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
